Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Susan.

I’ve spent over 20 years leading talent and scaling teams in 50+ markets across 5 continents. I’ve sat on every side of the hiring table—as a candidate, executive, in-house recruiter and executive search consultant. What I’ve learned is this: the right hire doesn’t just fill a gap—it unlocks strategy, culture, and momentum.

At Susan Pike & Partners, we’re building a different kind of search firm—one grounded in structure, clarity, and deep human connection. I’ve personally led large-scale people operations at Google, VEON, OLX and Jellysmack,  managing teams of up to 3,000 and driving transformation across the entire people function—from talent acquisition to culture, development, and rewards.

Fluent in multiple languages and deeply cross-cultural, I understand how leadership and context interact—not just across borders, but across mindsets. That global fluency, combined with a structured, behavioral approach, allows us to assess leadership with precision and integrity.

I’ve maintained an active role in executive search throughout my career because I believe leadership is too important to delegate or commoditize. I hold an Executive MBA and a Master’s in International Management from Dauphin, a Bachelor’s in Languages and Literature from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and executive leadership training from Stanford. I also advise founders and CEOs as a certified mentor with The Portfolio Collective.
